I had a sick family member..

My mom was sick and was in the hospital for 3 weeks. I am just getting over a bad case of stomach flu. I plan on getting my winter weather final forecast ready for everyone. I then want to do a weekly up date for the week to come, and any national big storms. I should have my winter weather final outlook ready later next week.

Chance for severe thunderstorms later today!

Strong to severe thunderstorms are possible later this evening for WNY! There is slight risk for severe thunderstorms to develop this late afternoon into this evening. Primary risk for severe weather is damaging winds and large hail. I do believe the Storm Prediction Center may upgrade our area to enhanced risk for severe thunderstorms instead of slight risk.
